What things will you be giving thanks for this month?

I have so many things to be thankful for, it's hard to know where to begin. Of course, I am overwhelmingly appreciative of my sweet and loving husband, and our brilliant and spirited vegan daughter. In the world of Allison's Gourmet, I also have many thanks to give. At this moment I'm feeling ecstatically grateful to all the fans and VegNews readers who voted for my column in this year's Veggie Awards. Winning the 2011 Veggie Award for favorite column "VeganizeIt!" is one of the highlights of my year and it let me know that many people love my savory recipes as much as I do! I look forward to many more years of creating amazing vegan versions of classic dishes. Is there anything I haven't done yet that you'd like to see veganized?
