| How do you celebrate Easter, vegan-style? |
| I see Easter as a celebration of Spring. The sun is shining, flowers are blooming, and half the fun of the Easter holiday is being outside after so many months of winter. This year, we will once again veganize the ever-popular Easter egg hunt for our 3 y.o. daughter, Olivia. We use paint, markers, and/or stickers to decorate carved wooden eggs, giving the added benefit of being non-perishable, so they can be saved and cherished from year to year. We also do Easter egg hunts using plastic eggs filled with treats and goodies like stickers and dried fruit. Last year, "Easter egg hunt" was the favorite game in our house for several months *after* Easter.
