One is most certainly our Brazil Nut Brownies because it's a magical event when brazil nuts and chocolate get together. Another treasured indulgence is the silky, creamy texture of brazil nut milk. Try my recipe:

What to use...
1 part brazil nuts
3 parts water

...and how
1. Blend until smooth, then strain with cheesecloth until velvety. 
2. If desired, sweeten with stevia or agave nectar and then flavor with vanilla, almond extract,
cocoa, or even hot fudge sauce for divinity in a glass!
